We recognize that these studies were exploratory and have limitations. For example, the recruitment was community and social-media based, which may not be representative of the full population. Therefore the results may not reflect the experiences and perspectives of all transgender, gender-diverse, and detransitioned people. In the development of this resource, we have aimed to be sensitive and inclusive of a diverse range of experiences, and consulted with many different stakeholders. However the website mirrors the evolving nature of knowledge about detransition, and it may not capture every individual experience or perspective.
